Sorry I've been absent a bit. Things have been a whirlwind here, and crafty time has been way further down on the list than I'd like it to be!
I started coloring this image about a month ago, not quite sure what I would be doing with it, other than a Halloween card. But, the new Halloween lines have been coming in at work (I work at a small, locally-owned, scrapbook store), and, they - combined with some existing papers I had from last year - helped to jump start the inspiration. This was another attempt at a no lines technique with a digi image. I did use a black pen to outline her eyes, along with Glossy Accents over the whole eye, for some pop and shine.
The center potion and the sentiment were cut from the papers. I added Glossy Accents to the spiders bodies. There is a small pocket behind the spider piece, where the tickets can be pulled in and out. It's not obvious in the photos, but the thicker lines of the sentiment were coated with clear glitter glue.

I dyed the cheesecloth with Distress Ink, and cut the spiderweb corner pieces with my Silhouette. The rolled roses were a spiral cut circle rolled into shape.
