Thanksgiving is coming up this next week in the US.  It's definitely a time to reflect on all of the good things in life that you are thankful for, and when I stop to list it out there are LOT of things in my life to be thankful for.  So, this week's theme at CCC is particularly fitting.


I always seem to forget how much I adore Meljen's images.  They are just so whimsical and fun!  Today I've used "Save the Turkey".  He's colored up with Prismacolor markers, and I did the background with my new Distress Markers (I'm still getting used to them - there is a learning curve!). 


The lace and ribbon are both Offray brand - picked up at Walmart/  The brads are by Recollections.


I had to do a matching envelope with this card.  The photo doesn't show it well, but the bow image is actually embossed in gold.

    Cute image that you have colored beautifully! Love the composition of your card. Your papers are fabs and I love your lace bellyband. I have found some beautiful lace and ribbon at Walmart...I love Offray!
