In the process of packing up my craft room at the old house, I stumbled across a package of Pebbles 5"x7" bags I had bought in order to decorate them up as treat bags. Well, they'd been "lost" in my stash, and I'd never gotten around to actually using them. In fact, I'd bought more (in a different style/brand) and now had an abundance of bags to use up!
I used Graphic 45 "An Eerie Tale" papers to create a layered banner shape. I edged the pieces with Black Soot Distress Ink. I cut a journal card from the paper, and also used a sticker from the collection as a sentiment (backed with black card stock and popped up).
My stamped image is Julie Nutting's for Prima "Witchy Poo". I colored her in with my Copics, and added a bit of clear Wink of Stella ink to her cape. I used a variety of IAmRoses paper flowers along with a few leaves I punched from black cardstock with my Martha Stewart punch (they also got a bit of WoS). A bit of Offray ribbon from my stash and some Mark Richards black pearls finished off the front.
Finally, I lined up the banner/tag on the folded top of the bag and punched a couple of holes through. I used a bit of orange tulle I found in my stash to tie everything together.
