Haunting Scalloped Treat Bags

I just received these adorable little stamps the other day, and I was itching to get them out and make something cute with them. I think these sweet little treat bags qualify! The base of this bag is 1.5" x 2" and perfect for a few little fun size candy bars, or a small handful of other little goodies.
