This card was a play off of my Bloomin' Thanks card from last month. I had loved the floral background so much, I wanted to attempt it with a more subdued color pallet.
I did use some retired glitter washi tape (from this past Sale-A-Bration!), however, glimmer paper would work just as well, and I've added that to the link up for reference.
