Team Color Challenge | Black, White, and Mambo Thank You

I hope you had a lovely weekend!  I spent a good chunk of mine staring at a computer screen while doing some photo and video editing.  I did take a brief break to create a card to participate in the team challenge for the week.  

The color challenge from the I.E. team this past week, was to combine Basic Black, Melon Mambo, and Whisper White.  

I chose chose to use the colors a bit sparingly.   I off-stamped the large flourish stamp, and then stamped just the top flowers along the edge of the main panel.   My sentiment is stamped in black.  I used a small strip of black stamped diagonally striped card stock, a little strip of Melon Mambo, and a sliver of Dazzling Diamonds to edge the main panel.

The bright pink of the Melon Mambo, could easily be swapped out for another color.  I think this same style card would be lovely in Wild Wasabi, Tempting Turquoise, or even Perfect Plum.
