I love having a very muted color pallet with a POP of color on my cards. This card was super easy to make! I used the Journey modeling paste and a stencil to create the tone on tone background for the sentiment, and then stamped my sentiment in clear ink. I brushed a rainbow of Pan Pastels across the sentiment - blending from one color to the next. Once the color was on, the clear ink was still tacky enough to hold some of my clear sparkling embossing powder (video here). I think this makes the colors even more vibrant, and gives it an effect, like when you write on a steamy window.
A little Licorice sparkle tape was the perfect element to ground the sentiment on the textured background.
Thanks for stopping by!
Much love,
