I only recently began purchasing the Liquid Colors from FSJ, and now I'm wondering why I didn't start so much sooner!  These fun water based colors are perfect for an easy watercolor wash on a card.  

I started this card with a wash of Cool Pool Liquid Color on the left side.  I used my Heat Gun to dry the card stock, making sure to alternate between the back side and front side of the paper.  This helps the card stock to dry slightly flatter than just heating from one side.  I sprinkled Sparkle Silk over the water colored area, and adhered my heat embossed sentiment with a bit of craft glue.

I adhered the panel to a strip of Mirror Silver paper, and a strip of wrapping paper.  Then I adhered the card front to a Whip Cream card base.  Using craft glue, I added some punched hearts, and sequins.  As a final touch, I added some Journey Glaze to the hearts.
