Today I want to share a fun, and quick card with you. This card can easily be stamped in bulk, and with the variety of ways to put the sentiment together with the stamp set, this is an easy way to quickly fill your card stash when you are low. Today's card was made with the Concord & 9th Thank You for Being Stamp Set, and coordinating Label Dies.
To begin, I lined up three of the stamps from the Thank You for Being Stamp Set, in my MISTI, to form the sentiment for my card. I stamped the sentiment onto white card stock, with Versamark ink, and then heat embossed using gold embossing powder. Then, I die cut the sentiment out, using the Label Dies, and cut a second label from Denim Days card stock, to create the frame. I also die cut the heart from the die set, out of Candy Apple card stock.
I lined the striped stamp onto a clear block, and stamped repeatedly down a second piece of white card stock, using Denim Days Ink. I matted the striped piece with Denim Days card stock.
I laid the label upside down on my work surface, and place the frame around it, then I adhered the foam squares to the back. This allows the foam squares to hold the frame in place, as well as add dimension. I added the heart die cut with a bit of glue on one side, and a bit of foam on the other. Then I added the sentiment panel to the striped panel. I adhered the card front to a white top-folding card base. A few Fashion Gold pieces, and a little bit of Midas Touch Shimmer Pen to the heart, finished the card.
Thanks for stopping by!
