Hello!
It's kind of a known thing - to those who have followed me for awhile - that I'm a sucker for heat embossing, and glitter. Anything shiny or sparkly really - it's that part Magpie in me! So being able to play with Picket Fence Studios products AND WOW! Embossing products in the hop today? I am ALL over that!

For my first card, I started by stamping the Picket Fence Studios Vortex of Hearts stamp, onto Tin Pail card stock, and heat embossed it using Opaque Vanilla White Embossing Powder, which is a nice warm white. I also stamped the sentiment from the Seriously, Literally Stamp Set, onto Pitch Black card stock, and heat embossed it with the same embossing powder.
I die cut a heart from Peaches and Cream card stock, and then die cut the Congrats Word Die three times from Cool Pool card stock. I layered the three die cuts together (I found the letter shapes were maintained the easiest, by leaving the second die cut in the die, and adhering the first cut over that, then repeating for the third die cut.) Once the adhesive was dry, I inked the top of the die cut pieces, and heat embossed them with two layers of Clear Sparkle Embossing Powder.
The pieces were adhered together with liquid glue, and foam tape, before the completed card front was added, to a top folding white card base, with foam tape.

This second card is super fast and easy, but stunning with all that glitter. I started with a piece of Pitch Black card stock. I stamped the Swallowtail Beauty Stamp, and then heat embossed it with Mermaid Tails Embossing Glitter (and the heavens sang for this gorgeous, sparkly, goodness!!!).
I cut a piece of Blue Lagoon card stock to be the same size as the stamped panel (3.75" x 5"). Then stamped the sentiment from the Favorite Notification Stamp Set, onto a scrap of the same card stock, and heat embossed the sentiment using the Opaque Vanilla White Embossing Powder.
I layered up the pieces, using liquid glue, and adhered them to a white, top-folding, card base. I added just a few sequins to finish off the card.
Thanks for stopping by on this hop. I hope to see you again! All of the products used to complete these cards, are listed below for reference.
