It's Your Day
Hello!
I'm popping in here really quickly today to share this fast and easy birthday card with you. I love this kind of card design, because you can quickly swap out colors to customize to the recipient's favorite colors, or even to reflect the season.
For this card, I used Concord & 9th's Birthday Scoops Bundle, consisting of the stamp set and coordinating dies. I stamped the images with Grapefruit, Sea Glass, and Buttercup Inks. The smaller "It's Your Day" sentiment was white heat embossed onto Buttercup card stock.
To finish the card, I added some gems, and a few clear drops. (If you are racing to get the card done before the mailman arrives, and don't have time for the liquid drops to dry, you could use a solid droplet such as these).
As I mentioned, this card comes together really quickly and easily. It's perfect for last minute, or to assembly line to have a bunch in your stash.
