Picket Fence Studios November 2022 Release

Hello!

It's the 14th of the month, which means that there is a new release from Picket Fence Studios. This month the release contains a few items that I would consider staples of a craft room.  The new rectangle and circle dies will be reached for often - as well as the gorgeous new Hello There die.  As always, I have the entire release listed below, so that you can peek at all the new offerings, and then I have a couple of cards to share with you showcasing some of the new products.

I have two cards to share with you below, along with tips on how the card was created.  All of the supplies used in the cards are listed at the bottom of the post.  For additional samples throughout the month, please follow my Instagram.  

• The glitter paper for the sentiment die cut was brown card stock spread with the Pecan Pie Filling Paper Glitz.  This was allowed to dry completely before die cutting.  
• The cup was lightly inked with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide Ink, on a small sponge.  This added dimension.
• The stenciled coffee beans were inked first with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink, and then with Ground Espresso.  I added a little more shading using a Walnut Brown Colored Pencil.  
• The rectangle panel was adhered to the top folding card base, and then trimmed along the edge to get the placement where I wanted.  

• I die cut just the cup portion of the die multiple times to create the aqua cups and pink hearts.  Then adhered randomly onto the card front before die cutting the rectangle stitched die.  
• The sequin mix used contained the coffee beans.  They are VERY dimensional, so this is a card best for including in a larger box, or hand delivering.  This card would require a padded envelope, and additional postage to be mailed by itself.
